Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales and transactions carried out by Marshall Brothers Machinery (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing machinery, equipment, or attachments from us, you agree to the following:
Machinery Condition
All machinery is used unless otherwise stated. Machines are sold in as-is condition. While we service and check equipment prior to sale, no guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied unless specifically provided in writing. Buyers are responsible for inspecting machinery (either in person or via photos/videos provided) before purchase.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in NZD + GST (if applicable). A deposit may be required to hold a machine. Full payment must be received before delivery or pickup is arranged, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery & Shipping
We offer nationwide delivery via trusted transport providers. Delivery costs are additional unless otherwise agreed. Risk passes to the buyer once the machine has been loaded for transport or collected.
Trade-Ins
Trade-ins may be accepted at our discretion. Valuation is based on condition, demand, and current market value.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of used machinery, all sales are final. Refunds or returns will only be considered in cases where agreed in writing prior to purchase.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or downtime resulting from the use of purchased machinery. Buyers are responsible for ensuring machinery is used safely and in accordance with New Zealand regulations and workplace standards.
